Terms of Service (LetBe.ai)

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of LetBe.ai, the LetBe.ai portal, hosted scenario execution, wallet credits, integrations, and apps built on the platform, including Truth by LetBe.ai. By creating an account, adding wallet funds, using an integration key, installing an extension, or running a scenario, you agree to these Terms.

What LetBe.ai provides

LetBe.ai lets users build, run, and optionally share AI-powered workflows called scenarios. Scenarios may include prompts, model calls, user input, branching logic, integrations, speech-to-text, file/document processing, and other AI or automation steps. Scenarios can be run in chat, through hosted endpoints, or through apps such as Truth by LetBe.ai.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, integration keys, OAuth grants, and connected apps secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, integration keys, browser extension, or connected apps.
• You should revoke integration keys or connected apps that you no longer use or believe may be compromised.

Billing, wallet credits, and usage

• LetBe.ai sells prepaid wallet credits/top-ups used to run AI scenarios and related processing.
• Credits are consumed when scenarios use AI models, speech-to-text, image generation, hosted execution, or other metered processing.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may vary by model, input/output tokens, audio minutes, image usage, provider cost, and platform markup.
• If your wallet balance is insufficient, scenario execution may be blocked until you add funds or receive additional credits.
• Promotional, free, bonus, trial, or guest credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
• Taxes, currency conversion, payment processor fees, or bank fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
• If you enter your email during a checkout and do not complete the purchase, our payment processor may send automated abandoned-cart recovery emails to help you return to the transaction. You can opt out of these emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.

Subscription plans

• Auto-renewal: Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Monthly credits: Each billing period, your plan grants a set number of credits to your monthly bucket. These credits are used before your wallet top-up credits and expire at the end of the period they were granted for; unused monthly credits do not carry over.
• Wallet credits: Credits added via one-time top-ups never expire and are used after your monthly plan credits run out.
• Yearly billing: Choosing yearly billing charges the full annual amount upfront. Annual plan credits are still granted monthly (one month's worth per period) and expire each cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to your plan credits and perks until then. No partial-period refunds are issued.
• Plan changes: Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous tier are not prorated or carried forward.
• Past due: If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period. Credits and perks remain available during this window. If payment is not resolved, access to plan perks is revoked and the subscription expires.
• We may change subscription pricing or tiers with reasonable notice. Active subscribers will be informed before price changes take effect.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, unused wallet top-ups may be eligible for review within the stated refund window, while credits already spent on AI/provider usage are generally non-refundable because those provider costs are incurred when usage happens.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, probe systems, interfere with service availability, or misuse integration keys.
• Do not upload or process content unless you have the rights and permissions required to do so.
• Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, or other high-stakes decisions.
• Do not represent AI-generated verdicts, summaries, or recommendations as guaranteed facts or professional advice.

User content and scenarios

You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, transcripts, audio, integration requests, scenario logic, published scenario descriptions, and other content you submit or share. You grant LetBe.ai the limited rights needed to process, transmit, display, store, secure, and operate that content for the Service.

AI output disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or unsuitable for your use case. Truth by LetBe.ai and other verification scenarios provide AI-assisted analysis, not guaranteed fact-checking, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or professional judgment. You must independently verify important information before relying on it.

Third-party providers

LetBe.ai may use third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, speech-to-text providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, and other vendors to operate the Service. Your use of connected third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, pricing, guest credits, hosted endpoints, integrations, or scenario-sharing functionality. We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every model/provider will always remain available.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke integration keys, remove published scenarios, or limit usage if we believe there is a Terms violation, security risk, fraud risk, payment issue, abuse, or legal/compliance requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetBe.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to LetBe.ai for the affected Service in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if no paid amount applies.
