LetBe.ai sells prepaid wallet credits/top-ups used to run AI scenarios, API calls, speech-to-text, image processing, and apps built on the platform such as Truth by LetBe.ai. Because payment processors and AI providers may charge fees immediately, wallet top-ups are generally final once credits are delivered to your account.

Spent credits

Credits already spent on AI model calls, token usage, audio transcription, image generation, API execution, or scenario processing are generally non-refundable because third-party provider costs and platform processing costs are incurred when the usage happens.

Free, bonus, trial, and guest credits

Promotional credits, free credits, signup bonuses, guest credits, beta credits, coupons, or trial balances have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable.

Duplicate charges and service issues

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, failed top-up, incorrect wallet credit, billing error, unauthorized transaction, or service issue that prevented normal use, contact us promptly. We will review the account, payment records, and usage logs.

Subscriptions or Paddle purchases

If LetBe.ai enables subscriptions, Paddle checkout, or other recurring products, the refund terms shown at checkout and this policy will apply together. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer protection laws and the checkout-specific terms control.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, and currency. We may need to disable or reduce wallet balance, guest credits, API access, or related usage if a refund is issued.
