Contact LetBe.ai
One address reaches the people who run the platform and every LetBe.ai product.
Write to [email protected]. Every message is read by the LetBe.ai team, not routed through a ticketing vendor. Please write from the email address of your LetBe.ai account when the question concerns that account, so we can verify ownership before discussing wallet, subscription, or data matters.
What to send us
- Support and product questions about the portal, Truth, Chat, Talk, Automate, or Calls: describe what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot or the time of the run helps us find it in the logs.
- Billing and wallet: include the payment date, amount, and payment method. Refund conditions are in the refund policy.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, or export of your data): send them from the account email. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
- Security reports: if you believe you have found a vulnerability in a LetBe.ai site, API, extension, or app, email the details privately to the same address with "security" in the subject. Please do not test against other users' data.
- Developers and integrations: questions about the public API, OAuth app registration, scopes, or scenario publishing. The developer documentation and the OpenAPI description answer the common ones.
- Partnerships and press: tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
Response times
We answer by email, in the language you write in when we can. Account, billing, and security matters are handled first. There is no phone line and no sales team; everything on LetBe.ai, from signup to API keys and wallet top-ups, is self-serve in the portal, so you never need to wait for us to start.
Legal notices
Notices under the terms of service and requests from authorities should also be sent to [email protected]. Our terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and cookie notice are published on this site.
