What does free mean here?
Free means you open an account with an email code, build an agent, talk to it, and publish it, without entering a card. New accounts start with free credits. When you decide to keep going, you top up a prepaid wallet and the agent spends from that. Nothing charges behind your back, and you top up only when you choose. The pricing page has the current numbers.
Two things are usually missing from a free tier elsewhere, and both are included here. The AI models are built in, so there is no separate model account to open and no key to paste. And the agent is hosted from the first click, so there is no server to rent while you are still trying things out.
What can you build with it?
An agent in the portal is a flow of blocks on a canvas. Each block does one job:
- A User Input block takes the question and waits when the agent needs more detail.
- A document search block finds the passages of your uploaded pages and files that answer it.
- A Prompt block holds the instructions: who the agent is, how it sounds, what it must never do.
- An AI Model block writes the answer. You pick the model in the builder.
- A Guardrail block keeps the reply polite and on topic.

Free builder or free trial?
Many builders offer a free trial: a clock that runs out, or a plan that still needs your own model keys. This is a free start, not a timer. Your agent keeps running, and the only thing that changes when you grow is that a prepaid wallet pays for what the agent actually processes.
