Summary

LetBe.ai processes the information needed to operate AI scenarios, integration keys, wallet credits, billing, support, scenario sharing, and apps built on the platform, including Truth by LetBe.ai. We do not sell personal data, do not use extension data for advertising, and do not collect browsing history for analytics.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, username, authentication identifiers, language settings, security settings, and optional 2FA status.
• Scenario data: scenario names, flow definitions, prompts, nodes, settings, published descriptions, tags, and publish status.
• Usage data: model IDs, token counts, audio seconds, image usage, scenario execution metadata, timestamps, costs, and error logs.
• Content you submit: prompts, chat messages, files, documents, integration inputs, transcript snippets, audio snippets, and other data you choose to process through scenarios.
• Truth extension data: selected tab content snippets, captions, transcript windows, tab audio snippets when audio mode is used, page URL/source for the active check, verdict history, Truth Meter counts, credits, guest provisioning state, API key, and extension settings.
• Billing data: wallet top-ups, transaction records, payment status, invoice/receipt metadata, provider references, and limited payment method metadata such as card last four digits when supported by the processor.
• Support and security data: support messages, abuse-prevention logs, rate-limit events, IP-derived request metadata, device/browser metadata, and operational diagnostics.

How we use data

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Service, including login, integration keys, OAuth, wallet balance checks, and scenario execution.
• Run AI workflows and send required inputs to configured AI/model/speech-to-text providers to generate responses or verdicts.
• Calculate usage, bill wallet credits, show pricing/usage history, process top-ups, and handle refunds or charge disputes.
• Operate Truth by LetBe.ai, including Start/Stop controls, transcript/audio capture, in-page verdicts, the Truth Meter, and recent verdict history.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, excessive usage, and violations of our Terms.
• Provide support, debug issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and compliance obligations.

Truth Chrome extension disclosures

Truth runs only when you intentionally start it for a tab. It may read captions from the active page or capture a short window of tab audio if audio mode is enabled or captions are unavailable. The extension sends only the needed transcript or audio window to the LetBe.ai backend endpoint to run the configured verification scenario. It stores settings and integration keys in Chrome extension storage, stores recent verdict history locally, and does not collect keystrokes, passwords, full browsing history, or page content unrelated to the active check.

Chrome extension permissions

Truth requests Chrome permissions such as storage, activeTab, scripting, alarms, tabCapture, offscreen, identity, and host access so it can be started by the user, read captions or active-page content, capture tab audio when needed, authenticate the user, remember settings, and display verdicts in-page. These permissions are used only to provide Truth functionality.

Data sharing and processors

We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate LetBe.ai, including cloud hosting, database/storage, AI model providers, speech-to-text providers, payment processors, email providers, fraud/security tools, and support tools. We do not sell user data and do not share Chrome extension data with third parties for advertising, creditworthiness, or unrelated profiling.

Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem, YaadPay, card processors, or other providers we enable. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Payment processors may process your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Abandoned checkout recovery emails

If you enter your email address during a payment checkout (top-up or subscription) but do not complete the purchase, our payment processor (Creem) may send you automated recovery emails on our behalf to help you return and complete the transaction. Your email is used solely for this purpose and is processed by Creem under their privacy policy. Each recovery email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any such email or by contacting us at [email protected].

Retention

We keep account, billing, wallet, usage, and security records for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, meet accounting/legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Scenario content and logs may be retained for service operation, debugging, billing, and security. Truth extension local data can be cleared by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage; server-side account and billing records may remain where required.

Your choices and rights

• You can stop Truth on a tab at any time and can change extension settings or uninstall the extension.
• You can revoke integration keys and connected apps from the LetBe.ai portal.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, subject to legal and security limits.

Children

LetBe.ai is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
